For the second consecutive year the H&H Webranking survey highlights Turkish best practice standard and transparency in online communication. The telecom company Turkcell wins the 2008 Turkish ranking with a score of 49.75 out of a total of 100. Second place goes to the conglomerate Koç Holding who took a giant step forward in this years ranking.
